This is Project 9: Orgasm: but it is not found in the Exhibition list with this title. When this work was sold at auction in 2004, the lot included four photographs of two pages of the artist's aesthetic notes on this project.
It is probably Project 15: Death: Exhibition list No. 6. 'Go away - nearer!'
and related to Project 16: Sexual behaviour: Exhibiton list No. 74. Aesthetic note: "Go away, nearer!" (clearly one of the above-mentioned pages).
